Training of “Optimization of Resilience ” (OR) You can get this training in group (2 days) or individually (2-10 of 1,5-hour sessions). The purpose: to recognize, actualize and optimize your skills of resilience. “Side-effects”: improvement of life quality, growth of satisfaction and personal efficiency, decrease in risks, expenses for treatment and losses because of disability. Efficiency. Program participants noted an increase in their resistance to physical stress, stress of relations, loss of control, and the over-/under-expectations by 56-64 %. Repeated surveys at 1 and 2 months after the training showed high stability of achieved results (not less than 95 %).
