HISTORY

The idea of stress-surfing came to Dr. Ivan Kirillov quite naturally. He inherited the interest in stress from his father who was a well-known physiologist. Surfing was as well an essential part of Ivan’s life since he was 10 and he made his first board to surf the waves of the Pacific in Vladivostok.

Dr. Kirillov first presented his idea in 1999 and published in 2004 (“Positum” №5).

In 2009 stress-surfing was tested on more then 500 people and proved to be successful. Then the TM “Stress Surfing” was registered.
