Every-day practice If you want to get something you never had, you have to do something you never did. Oriental wisdom
2. Enjoy GOOD stress, which clears your mind, helps to concentrate, accelerates reflexes, invigorates and pleases. Notice when and under which circumstances it arises, mark the sensations, receive pleasure from them.
3. Hunt for the stress! When there is fear, anger, grief etc., try to notice them as soon as possible and greet their occurrence with a smile :) Yes, yes, just like this! After all the most terrible fear is a fear of fear; the biggest irritation is an irritation concerning irritation.
4. Train the smile. It is easy to smile when everything is great. Believe you will appreciate advantage of trainings when you have to smile to your own fear! Smile to yourself in a mirror. Smile while walking. Smile to yourself and your thoughts. Smile to passers-by and interlocutors, meeting their eyes. 5. Laugh when everything goes even worse than ever! The laughter helps to relax and look at everything from outside. All people understand good-natured, open laughter and are inclined to support those who are able to laugh over the slips.
6. Regularly create the vision of what you want to be, when you grow up :) 7. Always think over plan B just in case plan A will not work
8. Arrange “Brain storming”. When the stress is over, ask yourself: What did I actually want to achieve with my reaction? What for? How it is possible to react differently so as to use the current situation for the satisfaction of my need (look at the answer to a question “What for?”). At the reflective moments remember, that even the most ridiculous ideas can be of use, they at least give an alternative view of the situation. 9. Dare to do what you forethought- you live only once! Begin with something reasonably small and break the plan into simple steps. It will help you to avoid disappointments.
