To help you in climbing these stages we offer 2-days’ group-trainings. 1st stage: the Victim (considers stress as threat, tries to avoid, struggle or manage it, doesn’t realize possibilities of using the stress). Training 1: Stress Surfing. Challenge
2nd stage: Interested (considers stress as useful energy-source; realizes personal stressors and reactions; sometimes tries to use stress surfing in practice) Training 2: Stress Surfing
3rd stage: Beginner (realized the necessity of regular exercise and improves personal skills by consecutive training of surfing on daily stress-waves) Training 3: The Skill of Stress Surfing
4th stage: Surfer (skilled stress surfer: search for surf possibilities and inventing new ideas and techniques in different areas of life becomes the second nature and a source of ongoing inspiration) Training 4: The Trainer of Stress Surfing 5th stage: The Trainer (advanced surfer, capable and skilled to teach others) Besides you can pass the following specialized trainings: 1. Stress Surfing for Managers and Directors. (The purpose is to develop skills to assess, manage and use stress to achieve better personal and team effectiveness) 2. Stress Surfing in Emergency (crises, tragedies and transitions) (The goal is to develop the ability to react adequately in emergency situations, to manage them and to provide support for associates).
